My kids actually love avocado and always have, and funny when I hear that others kids don't like. But putting in chocolate pudding that is just genius and I will have to make a big batch of some pudding.
When I was a child I never really enjoyed avocado, but once I turned thirteen I was addicted to the thing. I make a big batch about every two weeks. You'll love how easy it is (and tasty!)
I've made chocolate pudding with avocados in the past, and it's amazing how good it tastes and no trace of the avocado taste. Thanks for the reminder, maybe I'll make it this weekend!
